Queer, eco/cyber-feminist mobile app and game studio La Rochelle Founded by Claire Rozain, formerly of Mappy, Match Group, Rovio, and Sistersound FR, Sistersound develops apps and games that intersect feminism, gender equality, ecology, the living world, and digital education. The studio is driven by a threefold conviction: cyber-feminist: digital technology can be a lever for equality, app by app, download by download; queer: a space where bodies, genders, and desires are not categorized; eco-feminist: an act of care for non-human life and threatened ecosystems. These three dimensions are inseparable: empowering women, gender minorities, AND the living world in the face of the structures that oppress them. Sistersound FR is supported by RZAIN, an international community of 900+ gaming leaders in 40+ countries, organizer of the Not your Princess, just my own hero meetups (London, Istanbul, Barcelona).
