Why "Out of Mana"?
"OOM" (Out Of Mana) is the expression used by players who incarnate mages to mean that they have run out of mana (the magical energy used to cast spells). For a video game studio, being "OOM" means running out of Human Resources (the magical energy used to move projects forward).
