Florence and her team assist and represent a large number of studios, publishers, distributors and service providers, particularly in relation to :
- protecting and defending their intellectual property rights, and
- drafting and negotiating commercial contracts relating to the production and exploitation of video games (assignment/licensing contracts, publishing, distribution, provision of services, etc.) and their derivative products (assignment/licensing of adaptation rights).
